        摘要

       太阳能电池能提供电力给住宅,如果把太阳能板吸收的大量热用于住宅的冬季供暖和一年四季提供生活热水,将会改变我们对住宅的概念。陈康生工程师整合自己的多项专利技术和工程案例经验,设计出太阳能净零能耗供暖住宅解决方案。

       光电

       太阳能电池发电,是一种清洁、可再生能源。建筑物屋顶和其他位置,安装太阳能电池,可以满足住宅自身的用电需要。

       研究表明,在冬季,太阳能电池的发电量常常高于夏季,夏季早晨的发电效率高于中午。太阳能电池发电时,温度过高,导致发电效率下降。 当温度超过42 ºC时,发电效率急剧下降。太阳能电池的温度经常比环境温度高出20 ºC。如夏季室外气温40 ºC,太阳能电池的温度达到60 ºC。

       一种提高发电效率的方法,是采用循环水冷却太阳能电池板,使工作温度维持在最大效率区间,取得最大的发电量。

       光热

       太阳能电池板在阳光照射下发电的同时,吸收比电能大许多倍的热能,尤其在夏季。春、夏、秋季,利用太阳能热加热生活热水。夏季,采用地源作为冷源,通过循环水把太阳能电池板吸收的热带走,降低它的温度,同时将热储存于地下。冬季,地源作为热源,用热泵将夏季储存在地下的热取出用于建筑物供暖和加热生活用水。

       冷却板:在太阳能电池的下部,安装循环水盘管,当水循环时,吸收并带走过量的热。

       热利用

       在夏季中午前后,太阳能电池板的温度过高,地源冷却系统开启,通过从地下流到太阳能电池板的循环水把吸收的过量热带到地下,使太阳能电池板处在最佳工作温度区间,从而取得最大的发电量。

       在冬季,通过热泵和地源换热器的闭路循环系统,将夏季储存在浅层地源中的热取出,以热水的形式,通过地板辐射系统给室内供暖和提供生活热水,达到净零能耗供暖建筑的目的。

       上述过程中热的转移,是通过循环水为载体,先进的水力设计和控制系统实现的。

      •先进的多源混合水力分配系统

      •生活热水水箱

      •低温差地板辐射供暖系统

      优点

     
维持太阳能薄膜电池的工作温度不超过40 ºC ,使光电转换处在最大效率区间。

      单位面积得热量,如果按5倍于发电量计,夏季的热能足够满足冬季建筑物的供暖需要。春、夏和秋季,光热用于加热生活热水。冬季采用地下储热加热生活热水。

      将建筑物隔热保温、太阳能、地源、低温差地板辐射供暖系统和先进的水力系统整合在一起,实现建筑物供电、供暖和生活热水自给,实现零排放,生态居住。这是一个光电和光热一体化的设计,给市场提供完整的解决方案,有巨大的住宅市场新需求。

      英文说明: Solar Zero Net Energy Heating Residential

      Abstract

      Solar cells supply electricity to homes. The concept of homes will be dramatically changed if we use the energy absorbed by solar panel in heating house during the winter and supplying domestic hot water in the four seasons of a year. The engineer Kangsheng Chen created a solution of Zero Net Energy Heating Residential through integrating several patented technologies of his own and experiences from practical cases.

       Photoelectricity

       The electricity from solar cells is clean and renewable. Installing solar cells on the roof or other places of a building can satisfy the energy needs of the building itself.

        According to the research, solar cells generate more electricity in the winter compared to the summer. During the summer, the electricity generation is more efficient in the morning than at the noon. When the temperature is too high, the efficiency of electricity generation decreases. In particular, the efficiency will decrease sharply when the temperature is higher than 42 ºC. Usually, the temperature of solar cells is 20 ºC higher than the temperature of surroundings. For example, if the outside air temperature is 40 ºC in the summer, the temperature of solar cells may reach up to 60 ºC.

        In order to increase the electricity generation efficiency, we may introduce circulation water that can cool down the solar cells panel. As such, the temperature of solar cells panel will be kept within the optimal range wher the solar cells panel has the maximized efficiency and can produce the most electricity possible.

       Photothermal

       The solar panel absorbs much more thermal energy than electric energy especially in the summer. The solar thermal energy can be used to preheat the domestic hot water during the spring, summer and autumn. In the summer, the ground source can be used as a cold source. The circulation water carries the thermal energy from the solar cells panel, cools down it, and saves the energy into the underground. In the winter, the ground source can be used as a heat source, the heat pump takes the saved thermal energy out. The energy can be used to heating the houses and preheat the domestic hot water.

      Cooling panel: installing circulation water pipes under the solar cells. The excessive thermal energy can be absorbed and carried out through the water circulation.

      Heat utilization

      The solar cells panel overheats around the noon during the summer. We then open the ground source cooling system, which can bring the excessive thermal energy to the underground through the circulation water between underground and the solar cells panel. As such, the solar cells panel keeps the temperature within the ideal range so that the maximized efficiency and electricity production can be achieved.

      In the winter, the heat pump and ground heat exchanger comprises a close loop circulation system, through which the thermal energy saved in the summer can heat the radiant floor system and supply domestic hot water via heated water. As such, the purposes of Zero Net Energy Heating Residential are fulfilled.

      The process of heat transfer is achieved through the circulation water and by advanced hydronic design and controlsystem.

      System

      The composition of Zero Net Energy Heating Residential system:

       •Solar cells panel with cooling function and power distribution system

       •Ground heat exchanger and heat pump

       •Advanced multi-source hybrid hydronic distribution system

       •Domestic hot water tank

       •Low temperature difference Radiant floor heating system

       Strength

       This design can keep the temperature of the thin film solar panel below 40 ºC, so that the light-electricity transformation will remain within the maximized efficiency range.

        If we calculate the thermal energy per unit based on five times of the electricity generation, the saved thermal energy in summer can satisfy the needs of heating house during the winter.

       The solar-thermal energy can be used to heat domestic hot water during the spring, summer and autumn.

       This design integrates buildings’ insulation, solar energy, ground source, low temperature difference radiant floor heating system, and advanced hydronic system. It can achieve self-sufficient electricity supply, heating house supply and domestic hot water. It will lead to zero emission, ecological living.

       This design integrates solar electricity and solar thermal energy. It is a complete solution to the housing market. Also, it can produce tremendous new demand in the market.
